The Perkins Digital Talking Book Player is used to play audio books stored on USB flash-drive cartridges. These players are supplied to eligible patrons through a network of co-operating libraries under the program administered by the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, Library of Congress in executing United States Public Law 89-522.
