Reserving the Meeting Room

Before reserving a meeting room, patrons are required to review the Meeting Room Policy and the information on this page for eligibility, fees, and other reservation procedures. Meeting reservations can be made by calling the Circulation Manager at 847-587-0198 or online by clicking the button below.

Paper Reservation Request

The paper reservation request is available if preferred. Please return the paper request to the Circulation Desk on the first floor or via email to circulation@fllib.org.

Printed request forms are also available at the Circulation Desk.

Eligibility & Use

  • To reserve a public meeting room, patrons must be at least 18 years of age or older and possess a valid Fox Lake Public Library District card in good standing.
  • Meeting Rooms cannot be used for private social gatherings such as parties, receptions, or rallies, or for the transaction of commerce or business.
  • Requests should be submitted at least thirty (30) days before the desired meeting room date and approved by the Business Office before the meeting will be scheduled on the Library’s meeting calendar.
  • If a meeting is canceled, please notify the Library within forty-eight (48) hours before the event.
