The Fox Lake Public Library District is a special purpose taxing district encompassing the following areas: Grant Township, (with the exception of that part of the township included in the borders of the village of Round Lake, on July 1, 1975) and those portions of Antioch and Burton Townships, included in the jurisdiction of the Village of Fox Lake on July 1, 1975. The district’s purpose is to provide public library service to the community it serves according to the goals set forth in its mission statement and plan of service.
