The Library honors the cards of all Illinois libraries. Fox Lake Library card holders may also use these libraries.
The Library will also accept paid non-resident cards from other Illinois public libraries participating in reciprocal borrowing programs.
The full circulating collection of the Library will be available on a reciprocal borrowing basis to patrons of other libraries, but requests filled by special order out of library will not be accepted from non-resident patrons. All reciprocal borrowing use of the Library will be subject to the same rules and regulations as resident patron use.
