Fox Lake District Library residents with delinquencies at any other public library will be required to return to that library to settle the delinquencies.
The Fox Lake Public Library will also cooperate with other public libraries by withholding issuance of library cards to patrons with delinquencies at other libraries who have requested this courtesy.
