Pursuant to applicable law (75 ILCS 16/30-55.60) a “non-resident taxpayer card: will be granted to those non-residents who own taxable property in the Fox Lake Public Library District. Only one card will be issued per parcel of taxable property, regardless of the number of rental units that comprise the property.
