The Fox Lake District Library may occasionally provide space for the free provision of community services by non-profit outside agencies, public or private.
These services may include voter registration, senior citizen tax return preparation, literacy instruction, safety and conservation classes, etc.
It is hereby affirmed, however, that in providing space for such services, the library district accepts no responsibility or liability with regard to the services provided, and in no way endorses the philosophy or activities of the organizations involved.
Furthermore, the library district reserves the right of prior approval of all publicity regarding such services, so that the above principle of impartiality may be stringently enforced.
