Event Details

If you need to renew or apply for a new passport, the staff at the Lake County Circuit Court Clerk's office will be available to help you. Please take a moment to review the necessary documents and prepare ahead of your visit to the library.

  • Ensure you have the required fees and accepted forms of payment.
  • If you don't have passport photos, you can pay to have one taken at the library.

Please be aware that the Circuit Clerk's Office will cease processing applications at 1:30 PM. Due to the number of applicants, service is not guaranteed for everyone.

Before Attending a Mobile Passport Event:

  • Confirm you have all the required documents
    • Required document lists can be found on the Lake County Circuit Court Clerk's website here
  • Ensure you have the appropriate forms of payment.
    • Passport processing fees must be paid for by check or money order
    • Passport execution fees are payable by cash or card only.
