Did you know your library card can be used at any library in the state of Illinois? Take a tour of your local area libraries in the 2026 Library Lovers Expedition! Register at the Youth Desk and pick up an official Expedition guide and swag–brag tags for all ages! Collect more brag tags at each library and participate in fun activities that highlight what makes libraries special. Visit at least 12 of the 15 participating libraries in the months of February and March to be entered to win one of 15 drawing baskets full of gift cards to local businesses! Participation is free and open to all ages.
