Gain confidence and a better understanding of how to protect yourself in an emergency at the "Basic Self-Defense for Adults" class. 

Attend an engaging two-hour session led by Lindsey Daehnke from Strictly Self Defense, where you can acquire essential skills for personal safety and self-defense. 

You'll have the chance to practice these techniques at the class.
